Maison Carton offers you it’s know-how by teaching you how to make your own furniture with recycled cardboard. All the material required is provided, except for the decoration.
The courses can be given in English, or French, or both, which has the double advantage of learning a language and a technique at the same time.
Several course formulas are currently available and they will start again during the month of October at Maison Carton's new address

Exhibition 28 August 2010
Every two years, the cultural organization of Saint Romain au mont d`or welcomes the talents of the Saromagnots by bringing together artists within the region the weekend of Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of September 2010.
For this exhibition The Saromagnots will have the pleasure to present to you: oil paintings and watercolours, theater costumes, drawings, cardboard and wood creations, painting on porcelain, sculptures, picture restoration and framing.
Maison Carton will be exposing some of its creations.
Saint Romain au mont d’or.
Salle Saint Romain.
Opening hours: Saturday 11am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
Entrance is free.

You can order the items as they are seen or they can be custom made using photographs, drawings, or quite simply by an oral explanation, Maison Carton can create a piece of furniture entirely according to your wishes. You can order them decorated or undecorated. You can also learn to build your furniture yourself with Maison Carton`s kits which include the cardboard already prepared and step by step assembly instructions.

The Nepalese Paper is a hand made product and it`s use is ideal for decorating cardboard furniture.
Many other uses of Nepalese paper include : furniture re looking, home déco, picture framing…..

Doll`s Houses 28 August 2010
Maison Carton has for sale an exclusive range of doll’s houses with the structure made out of recycled cardboard.
You can, either order a doll's house ready decorated or a house built ready to decorate and fix the joinery. Maison Carton can create a doll`s house entirely according to your wishes, from photographs, drawings, or quite simply by an oral explanation.
